Phototherapy is much more than a photoshoot. It's an intimate, profound, and caring experience that uses images as a tool to reconnect with yourself. During this session, I will guide you on an inner journey where you will learn to see yourself differently, with greater gentleness.
Whether you are going through a period of transition, lacking confidence, needing emotional healing, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, phototherapy is a safe space to express and reveal yourself.
My approach is compassionate and respectful of your pace. My role is to create a space of trust, listening, and beauty so that you can reconnect with yourself and come to terms with your image.
